The Brief
A large industrial unit with weathered metal cladding requiring a full external refresh. The client needed a cost-effective solution to restore the building's appearance and extend the lifespan of the existing facade without full replacement.
Our Approach
We carried out full surface preparation including pressure washing and detailed masking to protect all adjacent elements. Using professional spray application, we applied a high-performance coating system to achieve a consistent, factory-grade finish across the entire elevation while working efficiently with access equipment.
